Isolated

This is the park near Emma's school - and it was pretty isolated here. If it's a sunny day and I'm picking her up directly from school I'll take my book to one of the benches here.

Amy had a lovely time last night. The restaurant gave them a seperate room which had a karaoke machine in. A couple of years ago the 6th form leavers do was hit by scandal with one of the male pe teachers. He was actually found 'not guilty' but don't think he'll work as a teacher again. Last year the 6th form leavers do was held in the school hall!!!!! This year- they had a meal in the city centre- but strictly no teaching staff at all allowed. It's quite a small A level group and I think they all get on well. She allowed me to take a photo before she left. The skirt is pulled down to it's longest  in the photo!! Unfortunately she wouldn't take a camera with her!

Today they had their leavers assembly and a leavers hoodie. I must take a photo of her in that. She's chosen purple which looks really nice. It has the school logo on the front and their names on the back.

It's quite a shock to realise that if they weren't both staying for a 3rd year in 6th form - that they would have finished school this year!!!!!!

I went to Costco earlier- and we've really pushed the boat out and ordered a tray of sandwiches for Monday. It was a bit of an extravagence- but they look lovely. The bunting is up outside- hope it will last until Monday!
